Day 01

Upon arrival at Paro airport, the representative from Bhutan wanderers Tours and Travels will receive and accompany you through out, while in Bhutan. You will be taken to the hotel for check-in. Evening sight seeing at Paro town. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02

Drive to Ta Dzong, originally built as a watch tower, now houses National Museum. Later visit Rinpung Dzong Paro. Afternoon visit to Drukgyel Dzong, which is 17 km away from Paro Town. Later in the afternoon drive to Thimphu the capital city of Bhutan, it takes about an hour  from Paro.

Day 03

Visit to National Library, the Traditional Medicine Institute, where centuries old healing arts such as acupuncture and herbal remedies are still practiced, the Painting School, where young students learn 13 traditional arts such as Buddhist thangkhas, mask maker workshop, fine metal craft, weaving etc. You can also visit handmade paper factory. Afternoon, visit to Tashichhodzong. It is the centre of government office and summer residence for monk body. Also visit 3rd King’s Memorial Chorten. Then, visit Handicrafts Emporium and local shops. Evening drive to Paro. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
